Indicate on the top line whether the trial period is meant for school, office or home (personal) use. We require additional information when the trial licence is requested by a school organization. No need to tick any of the boxes if you are requesting the trial period for home (personal) use. We do need an email address to send the information to. Please make sure to enter a valid email address.
What is the estimated delivery time and when does the trial period start?
Your trial period starts immediately after delivery. We advise you to not wait too long before activating and using the trial licence! The handling of requests is not an automated process. We aim to deliver the trial licence within 24 hours. However, requests made during the weekend or during school holidays may take a little longer to process.
My school already provided me with a licence code. Do I still need to request a trial licence?
No, you do not! Simply click the Kickstart button on the right-hand side of this page. Select the device you will be using. You will now be directed to the downloads and manuals. Install the programme and log in with the code your school provided. You can follow the same steps if your school works with a SSO solution. You can log in directly through the Entree Federatie.
Why do I need to enter my phone number?
As a follow-up service, we will call you in a few days’ time to inquire whether the installation was successful. We will also answer any questions you may have. Would you rather not receive any calls? Simply do not enter a phone number.
